How we collect, use, and protect information.

This Privacy Notice explains how BioFulmate by New Spectrum Labs (“BioFulmate,” “New Spectrum Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information when you visit BioFulmate.com, purchase a product, contact us, or otherwise interact with our website and services.

Information you provide

Depending on how you interact with us, you may provide:

  • Your name, email address, telephone number, billing address, and shipping address.
  • Order details, product questions, return requests, support messages, and other correspondence.
  • Marketing preferences or information submitted through an available website form.
  • Testimonials or reviews you voluntarily submit for publication.

Payment information and Shopify checkout

Payment information is entered directly into Shopify’s secure checkout environment. BioFulmate.com and New Spectrum Labs do not collect, store, process, or transmit complete payment-card numbers or card security codes through the BioFulmate website.

Shopify and its payment providers process payment and transaction information under their own privacy and security practices. We may receive limited transaction information needed to fulfill and support an order, such as payment status, order number, purchased items, customer contact information, and shipping details.

Information collected automatically

When you use the website, hosting, security, analytics, and commerce providers may automatically collect technical information such as:

  • Internet Protocol address, browser type, device type, and operating system.
  • Referring pages, pages viewed, approximate location derived from an IP address, and visit timestamps.
  • Cookie identifiers, site-performance data, security events, and interaction data.

We do not state that BioFulmate collects precise GPS location unless a specific feature clearly requests and receives your permission.

How we use information

  • To process, fulfill, ship, and support orders.
  • To communicate about purchases, returns, refunds, policies, and customer-service requests.
  • To maintain website security, prevent fraud, diagnose problems, and improve performance.
  • To comply with legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
  • To send marketing communications when permitted and subject to your choices.
  • To publish a testimonial or review when you have authorized us to do so.

How information may be shared

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the business, including Shopify, payment processors, website hosting providers, analytics providers, shipping carriers, customer-support providers, professional advisers, and fraud-prevention services.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, to investigate fraud or misuse, or in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, sale, or transfer of business assets.

We do not sell personal information for money. Any disclosure regarding targeted advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, or “sharing” under a particular state privacy law should reflect the actual tools enabled on the live website.

Cookies and similar technologies

BioFulmate and its service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and related technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, understand website use, protect transactions, and measure performance. Browser and device settings may allow you to limit certain technologies, although doing so may affect site functionality.

Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this notice, including order fulfillment, customer support, warranty or return administration, fraud prevention, tax and accounting requirements, dispute resolution, and other legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and applicable law.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to or limit certain processing. You may also have the right to appeal a denied request or use an authorized agent where applicable.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message. Transactional and service messages may still be sent when necessary.

Children’s privacy

The website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address the matter.

Shipping & Delivery

What to expect after placing an order.

Order processing

Orders are processed after payment authorization and order review. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping methods, rates, and estimates

Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery windows are shown during Shopify checkout based on the destination and the items in the order. The options displayed at checkout control if they differ from general information shown elsewhere on the website.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, address issues, security reviews, and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Tracking

When tracking is available, shipment information is sent to the email address or telephone number associated with the order. Carrier scans may take time to appear after a label is created.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment begins.

Additional shipping charges may apply when a package is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, refused, or undeliverable address.

Lost, delayed, or missing packages

If tracking shows a delay or delivery problem, first review the carrier’s tracking information and check the delivery area, household members, building personnel, and neighbors where appropriate. Then contact us with your order number so we can help review the shipment.

A carrier investigation, waiting period, police report, affidavit, or other documentation may be required before a replacement or refund is considered.

International orders

International shipping is available only when offered during checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, restrictions, or delivery requirements imposed by the destination country.

Returns & Refunds

Return eligibility and authorization requirements.

Seven-day return-request window

Return requests must be initiated within seven calendar days after delivery. If the return is approved, the package must be postmarked within seven calendar days after return authorization unless we provide different written instructions.

Return authorization is required

Contact us before mailing a return. Unauthorized packages may be delayed, refused, or returned to the sender. Include your order number, the product name, the reason for the request, and any supporting photographs when applicable.

Eligible return condition

Unless the product arrived damaged or defective, returned items must be:

  • New, unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.
  • Returned with original packaging, labels, accessories, and inserts.
  • Returned with all tamper-evident or tamperproof seals intact.
  • Packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.

Opened, used, altered, contaminated, expired, or improperly stored wellness products are not eligible for return unless required by law or approved because of a verified defect or fulfillment error.

Return shipping

Unless the return is caused by our error or a verified damaged or defective product, the customer is responsible for return-shipping costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless required by law or otherwise approved in writing.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining the receipt. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost, misdirected, or damaged before receipt.

Do not mail a return until authorization and return instructions have been issued.

Inspection and refunds

After an authorized return is received, we inspect the item and determine whether it satisfies the return requirements. Please allow at least seven business days after receipt for inspection and processing.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Shopify or the applicable payment provider. Financial institutions may require additional time to post the credit. We do not control bank or card-issuer processing times.

Exchanges and store credit

When available and approved, we may offer an exchange or store credit instead of a refund. Product availability is not guaranteed.

Final-sale and nonreturnable items

Items marked final sale, gift cards, promotional items, and products that cannot be safely resold may be nonreturnable except where required by law or where the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Products

Report an issue promptly so we can review it.

What to send us

Contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery if an item is damaged, defective, leaking, missing, or incorrect. Include:

  • Your order number and the email address used at checkout.
  • The product name and a clear description of the issue.
  • Photographs of the product, shipping box, internal packaging, label, and visible damage.
  • Any carrier notice or delivery information relevant to the claim.

Keep the packaging

Retain the product and all packaging until we complete our review. The carrier or fulfillment provider may require photographs, inspection, or return of the item.

Resolution

After review, we may provide replacement, refund, store credit, or other appropriate resolution. The available resolution depends on the circumstances, inventory, applicable law, and documentation provided.
